Long Meg is a
large stone overlooking a circle of 51 smaller stones,
hence the name, Long Meg and her Daughters. Long Meg is about 600 yards
south east of the much smaller Little Meg.

North east of Penrith off the road from Little Salkeld to Glassonby.
