Didcot Railway Centre
is based around the original Great Western Railway Engine Shed built in 1932. Didcot houses perhaps the largest collection of locomotives, from any one railway company, anywhere in the world.
Locomotives may be in steam on demonstration lines, shunting in the yard,
on display in the Engine Shed, or being restored in the Locomotive Works.
