Wallington House was built in the 1680s and later
remodeled in the Palladian style between 1735 and 1745. The Central Hall displays mural paintings by William Bell Scott, the Pre-Raphaelite painter.
The house is surrounded by informal gardens, lakes, farmland and woods. In the woods you will find a beautiful walled garden.
Wallington House is a National Trust property with free entry for National Trust members.
