Dove Cottage.

Dove Cottage in Grasmere, Cumbria was built in the early 17th Century and in 1799 it became the home of the poet William Wordsworth and his sister Dorothy.

Wordsworth married in 1802 and three children soon followed. With a growing family Wordsworth moved from Dove Cottage in 1808 to a more spacious home. However, while at Dove Cottage Wordsworth composed much of his finest poetry including "I wandered lonely as a Cloud."
